Cascara Townhomes

The Cascara town homes were one of the first four “LEED Platinum” residential projects in the United States. Built from ICF, (Insulated concrete forms), they are super insulated, have a highly efficient heat recovery mechanical system, and an in-slab radiant heating system. Built to last in a marine environment, they also feature concrete siding, PVC windows and trim, and a 40 year, high wind, composition roof.
