Terraforma provided master planning, architectural design, and full project management services for this complex, 600-acre, mixed-use, Oregon Coast resort that has some of the most stringent environmental regulations of any project in the United States. Adjacent to the 12,000 acre Cascade Head Scenic Recreation Area, this state-of-the-art resort master plan called for 3 hotels, 60,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, theaters, and shops, as well as over 1,500 residential units. The first phase town homes earned “LEED Platinum” status, one of the first residential projects in the United States to achieve this, their highest grade.
