Portland Architect, Andrew Montgomery of Terraforma Architecture, joined forces with Loyal Roth of Rothschild Construction in the remodel of a 1950’s mid-century modern in the West Hills of Portland Oregon.

The new design emphasized the views of the mature forest in which the home sat. The original home was substantially expanded by adding two additional bedrooms, a three car garage, media room, and large office. The main living room and kitchen area were completely redesigned to bring the outdoors in with a great room that opens out onto a private covered living space.
